It’s relatively true that green juices contain healthy ingredients, but pre-packed ones contain fruits that build up more sugar in your system. Isn’t sugar one of the toxins you want to get rid of? While green juices help you keep healthy, they will not give you the full benefit of detoxifying your body.

Some professional nutritionists believe that the entire concept of body detox is a lie. It’s either you’re healthy or you’re not. As long as you remove the unnecessary and toxic substances, your health won’t be an issue. Just remember, anything lacking and excessive can lead to certain problems. Anything taken into moderation is completely fine.
